Terms of Service

By accessing our websites or purchasing a ticket, pass, or class registration, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms and all applicable laws.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel registrations, or remove individuals from events for violation of these Terms, disruptive behavior, or any other conduct we determine to be harmful to our community.

Tickets. Event tickets and class registrations are sold through our ticketing partners. Your purchase constitutes a license to attend the specified event or class and is subject to availability, capacity limits, and any age or skill requirements listed at checkout.

Mahj Club Pass. The Mahj Club Pass is an annual membership that provides passholders with early or priority access to select events, discounted or complimentary admission where advertised, and other perks as described at the time of purchase. Passes are non-transferable unless explicitly stated.

Renewals & cancellations. Annual passes renew automatically for successive one-year terms unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel your renewal at any time by contacting us at play@msmahj.club. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current term unless required by law.

Refund policy. Class and event tickets are generally non-refundable. If you cannot attend, you may request a transfer to a future class or event of equal value, subject to availability and at our sole discretion. Refunds may be issued in cases of event cancellation or significant schedule changes initiated by us.

Class attendance. Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may miss essential instruction and may not be admitted if the class has already progressed beyond the introductory material. Materials and curriculum are for personal use only and may not be recorded, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

Earning referral credit. Referral credit is awarded only when a referred individual completes a verified registration for a Ménage à Mahj beginner class. The referred person must be a new student and must not have previously registered for a paid class under our records.

First submission wins. If multiple members submit a referral for the same new student, credit is awarded to the first member whose referral entry is received and verified by our team.

Lifetime passes. Lifetime Mahj Club Pass benefits are awarded only after admin verification of qualifying referrals and class completions. We reserve the right to determine eligibility, set limits on the number of lifetime passes awarded, and modify or end the referral program at any time.

Fair use. Referral credits may not be sold, transferred, or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted. Fraudulent, misleading, or spam referral activity will result in disqualification and may lead to account suspension.

We are committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive environment for all players. By attending our classes or events, you agree to treat instructors, hosts, staff, venue staff, and fellow attendees with respect and courtesy.

Prohibited conduct. Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, excessive intoxication, theft, damage to property, or any behavior that disrupts the event is not tolerated. We may remove any individual from an event without refund for violating these standards.

Safety & property. Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Please follow all venue rules, fire codes, and safety instructions provided by hosts or venue staff.

Recording & photography. We may photograph or record classes and events for promotional, educational, or archival purposes. If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos, please notify the event host in advance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ménage à Mahj LLC, Mississippi Mahj Club, their instructors, hosts, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services or attendance at our events.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid to us for the specific ticket, pass, or class registration giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or matters that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
